Do you need British Columbia Snowmobile education?

British Columbia does not require a course. There is no minimum age requirement to operate a snowmobile on Crown Land. For persons at least 16 years old, other requirements may apply.

Snowmobile safety education certification is not the same thing as a snowmobile licence. An approved snowmobile safety course may be required to comply with the snowmobile laws and regulations in some Canadian provinces.
