In deep snow or warm weather, slush may occur on frozen water.
- If you find yourself riding in slush:
- Increase your speed to stay on top of the snow and avoid getting stuck.
- Shift your weight to help with steering.
- Try to ride on a frozen snowmobile track instead.
- If you get stuck in slush:
- Your feet will probably get wet when you step off your snowmobile.
- Your snowmobile will probably freeze to the surface if you leave it where it is.
